Roasted coffee, available year-round by direct distribution. You can find my coffee at the Hotel Vendome (Prescott) and at the Village Baker, Homebrewer's Outpost, Winter Sun (Flagstaff), as well as in the Flagstaff CSA between October and June.
Philosphy
My farming philosophy is one of sustainability to meet both local ecological and social needs. As such, 100% of my coffee is Arabica and is shade-grown without the use of pesticides, and the average pay for my workers is 40% above the current agricultural worker's minumum salary.
